After consolidating their three sites in Dandenong and moving to a brand new singular cutting-edge facility at 73 Monash Drive, Dandenong South; Minus 1 are more equipped than ever before to meet the growing needs of their 450+ customers nationwide. 

 
This new purpose-built facility isn’t just a change of location, it’s a leap into the future of refrigerated transport and logistics for Minus 1. Sprawling over 30,000sqm, the mega depot significantly enhances capacity and efficiency across all levels of service. 

It includes 13 loading docks, 2,000sqm of cross dock, a four bay owned and operated workshop, and 9,000 pallet space storage including freezer, chiller, confectionery and dry.

Setting out to disrupt and elevate the transport and storage offering in Sydney and New South Wales as a whole, Minus 1 has opened a new purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility in Minchinbury as of November 2025. 
 

This new mega depot boasts 20,000sqm of space, 2,500sqm of cross dock, 19 loading docks, and 13,000 pallet space storage including freezer, chiller, confectionary and dry. 

Minus 1 has been eagerly awaiting the completion of this project to not only elevate their seamless end-to-end logistics solutions in the state, but also enhance their capabilities nationwide.
